"THE INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM AND EMC CLASSES"

We all are aware how broken the education system of our country has become. In the era of 21st century, this system which is the base of our life teaches us rote learning (RATTE MAAR).It teaches us to blindly memorise whatever is being taught. There is no need to raise question on what is being taught. No matter whether it is a small school or a big university. And also the main part is that if you want to pass in the exams you need to photocopy whatever the teacher says or whatever is written in the books. For a students, exams are everything. It is that phase of life where one students thinks if he failed in exams, he has failed in his life. You only have to score marks, irrespective of whether you understand anything or not. It matters not our knowledge is augmented or not,we have to score marks by any means.Because these marks define our life.

Students slog for as long as 12 hours a day to score these marks. All their free times, their hobbies, their passion and their free times, all are forgotten. All they do is study all day.Their whole life is spend struggling this way and the pressure created due to this pushes kids into depression. Some of them even commit suicide. But the one who endure in it and come out of it, walk out and realise that skills needed by them in real life were never really taught like creativity, confidence, critical thinking. The students who were only taught to rote things ,later in their life transform into uncles that blindly forward the fake messages on Whats-App. It is not their fault in reality because since their childhood they were taught or whatever they read, should not be critically analysed. I remember the days where my teachers would used to say me "Don't assume this and that. Whatever written is correct. Are you more than the book's author?"Till date i don't understand where our education system is leading to??
Same shit happens when I entered in college, now the work has become more simpler. Now you need to just bread 3 modules to pass, 4 modules for 75%. Teachers also don't give a fuck. Now the time has come to realise the mistake and take steps for changing the current scenario. All of us know in our ancient times there were Gurukuls, where children used to live with the teachers. Teachers not only teached them VEDAS and grants but also the real meaning-objective of one's life. The motto of that period was quite clear. It was to transform one into a life where you do something for the betterment of society and nation. "GURUS" were considered next to god. Their decisions were more valuable than that of parents. But what about now. Even when the teachers are in the classes we abuse the teachers. We don't show any respect to them. Whole system is designed so that there is no any personal interaction between teacher and student. Neither the teacher sees his "son" in student nor the student sees "god" in the children. We now need to change the so called system of "PHOTO-COPYING". We need to teach children the skills that they require in real life

"ENTREPRENEURSHIP MINDSET CURRICULUM CLASSES"
This program was started in schools in Delhi with the main aim and objective of" TO DIG OUT THE QUALITIES AND ABILITIES HIDDEN WITHIN THE STUDENTS." This program was started with the clear motive of giving the entrepreneurship qualities and mindset that are needed to survive the race in this world. It is for classes 9,10,11 and 12. In this program children are given "MICRO=PROJECTS" in which they go to 10 different people to talk about their jobs. They also focus on how they got these jobs? How much they have to work for that and also what is the afterlife of their jobs. These projects not only motivates the students but also pave a good path for the future.
For this program many teachers were send to SINGAPORE for training.
Also many big businessman and entrepreneurs come to visit the students.
They get a real check on something called "FACT V/S REALITY". They come up with different ideas on a single thing. These courses don't have any books.
Also the sucess story of small buisenessman are shown like NIRMA, AMUL and all.
Please do comment and tell that "Do we need to implement these courses in our curicullum for the students?"
